Carmen Lishman

Carmen
is a young field ornithologist, having completed her Bachelor in
environmental science, biology and earth sciences at Dalhousie University
in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2006. She is currently studying for her M.Sc.
in conservation biology at Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario,
writing her thesis on an unusual, rare and endemic shorebird species of
southern South America. She is an outdoor enthusiast and has participated
in field research on birds in James Bay, Saskatchewan, Southern Argentina,
and the Falkland Islands. |
