Valley Voices
The Valley Voices are a 45-voice, non-auditioned, community based mixed
choir. They perform an eclectic programme - folk, spirituals, jazz, the
Masters, the Musicals - with the goal of blending learning and excellence
with as much fun and enjoyment as possible! Audience response to the choir
proves the goal- concerts are presented several times during the year to
packed houses.
Ken Mallett has conducted the choir since its inception in 2000,
after a career on the Faculty of Red Deer College. He is active in the
Valley community and in CV Arts, where he is the Director of Performing
Arts for concert presentation.
