Liability

Clients participate at their own risk, and are required to sign a liability release form prior to departure. Persons 18 or under must have a parent or guardians signature. Persons under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Where are we?

Our base office is located next to Pete’s Marina on the north end of Lake Windermere, where the bridge crosses the Columbia River into Invermere. We operate along the beautiful Columbia River, Columbia Lake and Lake Windermere servicing
Fairmont, Invermere, Panorama and Radium, B.C.

Terms and Conditions

	Payment by Cash, Visa, MasterCard or cheque
	On-line requests will be confirmed via telephone
	Credit card information will be attained at time of reservation
	25% deposited is required to book a reservation or one of our programs
	credit card is required for equipment reservations
	48 hour notice of cancellation is required for refunds
	We will reschedule or offer full refund due to inclement weather conditions
	Prices do not include applicable GST or PST
