Registration

Regular afternoon activities at Play Radium are free of charge, thanks to funding from the Village of Radium, local charities, and public donations. Registration consists of a waiver form which must be filled out for each participant and signed by the parent or guardian. A completed form will cover the participant for regular Play Radium activities during the remainder of the summer. Forms are available at the beginning of every Play Radium session; a parent or guardian must be present during the participant's first visit in order to sign. A form is also available here, and it may be printed, read, filled out, and signed ahead of time so that the participant can bring it on his/her own.

There are certain activities that require a fee. Please check out the calendar of events to spot those activities where fees apply, and ensure that fees are paid prior to the deadline date. In addition, certain activities may require the completion of an additional waiver form and/or a deposit.

Events such as horseback riding and canoeing may provide limited space, so be certain to let us know in person or by e-mail about any participants who plan to attend.
